The SUMIDA ULTRA SOFTBAIT rod is designed specifically for SNAPPER, KAHAWAI, TREVALLY in our NZ waters. We have designed this rod to be MEDIUM-FIRM in action, to give enough STRENGTH in casting jig head softbaits and lures, and also to handle slow jigs up to 120g.
